Made from an assemblage of two parcels (20 and 25 years old) the wine is vinified half barrel - half tank.
The mouth is soft and mellow with a mineral finish. -

This parcel, exposed south easterly, is situated on white limestone soil in a warm and protected basin. 70% of the cuvée is matured in barrels, the rest in 600L wooden casks (10% new wood).
The wine is fruity and pleasant, with white flower aromas. -

Les Pommards
Exposed North Easterly, this Saint Véran, with its 40 year old vines, benefits from a limestone terroir, situated above an old quarry. Matured for 12 months, the wine is kept two additional months in a tank after racking.
The wine's rich fruits make up the long, concentrated and round mouth.
