From the Chardonnay grape, the Saint Véran is a great wine from Burgundy. Both Saint-Veran harvested on the town of Davayé.

Saint-Véran "En Crèches"

This south-eastern-facing parcel is in a warm and sheltered basin with white chalky soil. 80% of the production is barrel-aged, the rest is aged in tank.
The wine is fruity with an enjoyable mouth suggesting minerality and white flowers.

Saint-Véran "Les Pommards"
This wine comes from
planted in 1963 vines located on a north-east-facing parcel. It is barrel aged, rich and fat with beautiful fruit in a long and concentrated mouth.
Plot "En Crèches"
Mâcon Vergisson

This wine comes from vineyards planted in 1981. The plots are set in the South East, altitude and ground limestone. It is matured in oak casks. It is a wine with mineral notes of lemon-butter.

Mâcon-Chaintré

Acquired in 2006, on a silty ground with pebbles, this plot planted in 1985 offers flexible and wine and casks fruités.Vinification vats and barrels
