75% of the parcel is vinified in wooden tuns and 25% in tanks.

Situated at high altitude and on limestone-flint soil, the south east exposure of this parcel produces a supple, mineral and fruity wine.

Mâcon Vergisson
La Roche
Situated at an altitude of 380m, the parcels benefit from white chalk soil and southeast exposure, producing a mineral wine with lemon notes, and pleasant finesse.
