    Cultivated on scree, gryphea limestone and clay-limestone soil, Alliance is an assemblage of parcels planted 40-60 years ago.
    The wine is mineral and fruity. It has great potential for aging up to 7 years, but can be enjoyed young as well.

  • Pouilly Fuissé - Les Chataigniers

    Les Chataigniers

    Situated near the village of Fuisssé, this 60 year old parcel is planted in altitude on a limestone-flint soil. The wine has a pleasant minerality, is supple and round with a lemon finish.

  • Pouilly Fuissé - En France

    Pouilly Fuissé

    En France

    Situated on the border of Château de France, the parcel is made up of limestone, covered by a layer of variegated clay. The wine is powerful, has delicious fresh fruit aromas and a saline finish.

    Vines planted in 1972 and 1984.

  • Pouilly Fuissé - La Verchère

    La Verchère

    Adjecent to the house and exposed full South, Verchère is situated on alternating scree and marly-limestone soils.
    These 60 year old vines offer citrus and mineral aromas. The wine is matured 12 months in barrels, and then another 2 months in tanks after racking.
    La Verchère is delicious young, and has potential for aging.

    Vines planted from 1947-1969.

    This parcel is situated at 350m altitude on white limestone soil.
    The wine is matured in barrels with 20% new wood each year, during 12 months. After racking it is matured 2 months in tanks.
    These 40 year old vines provide a superb minerality. The wine proves to be rich and fruity thanks to its powerful and long finish.

    Clinging to the Rock of Vergisson, this sun drenched mountainside slope demands precision and accuracy. The soil, made up of limestone scree, and located on a steep slope, brings a beautiful limestone minerality to the wine.
    Matured 12 months in barrels (20% new wood) and 3 months in tanks after racking.
    The wine is mineral, delicate and round.

  • Pouilly Fuissé - En Buland

    En Buland

    Situated on the hill side of the Rock of Solutrè, this parcel is exposed North Easterly.
    The wine is matured 12 months in barrels (35% new wood) and remains three additional months in tanks after racking.
    This Pouilly Fuissé offers powerful substance. Complex and sublte, it has an exceptional minerality.

    Vines planted in 1934.
